Turkey wins gold medal in Olympic taekwondo

Servet Tazegul of Turkey has won the gold medal in men's 68-kg Olympic taekwondo.

LONDON- Tazegul won the first gold medal of Turkey in 2012 Olympic Games after defeating Mohammad Bagheri Motamed of Iran 6-5 in men's 68-kg final.

Tazegul's gold is the second medal for Turkey after the bronze won by Riza Kayaalp who competed in men's 120-kg Greaco-Roman wrestling.
